Warranty 

Manufacturer warranty only applies when equipment is used in a commercial setting. Units placed in food trucks, mobile trailers or in a residence will have their factory warranty void. Some manufacturer may require professional installation for items to be covered under their warranty policy. Nebraska Prep Equipment does not offer installation of units but can supply you with several service providers with proven track records with us.

Not Covered Under Warranty 

• External electrical power failure or improper supply voltage to product• Adverse operating conditions for the product. • Failure to clean the condenser coil and/or maintain the product. • Standard wear & tear items such as gaskets, light bulbs, and door hinges. • Damage that is caused by employees or customers. • Any part or assembly that has been altered, modified, or changed. • Equipment usage in a residential or non-commercial setting.

PRICING and INVENTORY:

We strive to ensure that all of the pricing and inventory quantities shown on our website are correct but in the event of a typographical error or miscommunication, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price.

RETURNS:
*All items are sold As-Is, no guarantees, unless otherwise noted.
*All sales are final when payment is made.

*Returns will only be accepted, within 30 days of purchase, with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Nebraska Prep Equipment. A 25% restock fee may apply to all returns. The customer will be responsible for returning the items to our store, and/or the costs of shipping the items to our store. No refunds will be given until we receive the returned items in the same condition in which they were sold.  Return credits will be issued to the original payment method.

*If you wish to return an item you must contact Nebraska Prep Equipment either by phone at 402-882-5585 or email. You will be required to provide us with your Name, Address, Phone Number, Invoice Number, and Purchase Date.

 SHIPPING:

-Unless prior shipping arrangements have been made-
All purchased items MUST BE PICKED UP in store BY APPOINTMENT ONLY by calling us at 402-882-5585 or email.

*If arrangements to pick up your purchase are NOT made within 48 hours of the purchase, we reserve the right to credit the customer back for the purchase and restock the items with a 15% restock fee deducted from the customer credit.

*SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS:  If you would like your item(s) shipped, please call us at 402-882-5585 or email for a quote PRIOR to purchasing the item(s).


*Nebraska Prep Equipment only ships to the lower continental 48 states.

*Purchased items will typically ship within 1-2 business days after full payment.  Delivery times are typically 1-10 business days, however delivery time may vary depending on your proximity to our location, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

*All items needing to be shipped LTL will be required to be shipped to a Commercial Address.  Only small parcel items will be allowed to be shipped to a residential address.  Based on size, weight, and price, it is the discretionary of Nebraska Prep Equipment on which shipping method will be used.

* If a lift gate service is needed at delivery you, the customer, are responsible for the fee and must be noted prior to payment.
